Facilitative Leadership Training

Take a look at the many IISC (Interaction Institute for Social Change) workshop offerings still to come in 2011!

Facilitative Leadership® – Tapping the Power of Participation
Essential Facilitation® – Core Skills for Agreement Building
Pathway to Change™ – Tools and Practices for Collaborative Planning

IISC’s highly engaging and participatory workshops provide you with the skills you need to develop personally and professionally and to become a catalyst for improving performance, building collaborative cultures, and achieving extraordinary results.

Participants tell us that our training programs are by far the most practical and transformational they’ve experienced.  We integrate skills development with conceptual knowledge and experiential learning in order to transfer a broad range of skills, including: facilitative leadership, designing and facilitating change initiatives, facilitation and collaborative problem-solving, and strategic thinking and planning.

All of our trainings have at the core our Facilitative Leadership® methodology…a model of leadership rooted in a whole systems approach, shared power and decision-making, and collaborative skill.  They are informed by some of the most important drivers of social change: “the love that does justice,” a commitment to equity and inclusion, and a belief in networks as important units of change.
