Ever attended a great training and thought, “I wish I could facilitate like that?” OR have you sat in a meeting that went nowhere and thought, “Someone needs to take charge and move things along!” This gathering will explore tried and true techniques to improve your confidence and skill as a facilitator. We will discuss how to deal with ambiguity and how to engage even the most reluctant participants. Practice your skills and receive constructive feedback.
Advance registration deadline: March 9
