External Evaluator, Phila. STEM Equity Collective

The Philadelphia STEM Equity Collective is seeking an external evaluator to implement a mixed-method, formative and summative evaluation of the Collective.
This consultant will gather baseline data and create tools to measure indicators and outcomes. This individual or organization must have extensive evaluation experience and expertise.
