Extended Learning Opportunities Annual Conference

The Pennsylvania Department of Education in partnership with the Center for Schools and Communities is pleased to announce the 2012 ELO Conference, Promising Practices – Proven Strategies: “Working Together for a Brighter Tomorrow” on March 7 – 9, 2012 to be held at the Hilton Harrisburg, One North Second Street, Harrisburg, PA 17101.
The conference will focus on key elements of high-quality extra learning opportunities and on developing systems that support and promote collaboration and youth success. All who work on behalf of children and youth, including school and community administrators, grant writers, evaluators, program directors and coordinators, as well as out-of-school-time staff, will find workshops to further enhance their skills and knowledge.
There is no registration fee to attend this conference and Act 48, CBK and LSW credits will be available. Details and online registration for this event are available at:
