Executive Vice President, Strategy, Policy, Advocacy, and Community Coalitions, TNTP

TNTP is seeking a full-time Executive Vice President for Strategy, Policy, Advocacy and Community Coalitions to lead the organization’s strategy across key components of the SPACC Division. This position will be based in a home office anywhere in the U.S. and is available immediately. Travel is required (up to 40% and contingent upon organizational/state/federal regulations).
The Executive Vice President (EVP) for Strategy, Policy, Advocacy and Community Coalitions (SPACC) will report to the CEO and is a member of TNTP’s executive body. The EVP is responsible for operationalizing the organization’s broader vision, strategy, and goals connecting education and economic and social mobility, as well as designing and leading the organization’s policy and community coalitions strategies. The EVP, SPACC will ensure that TNTP is always well-positioned, and that its work and the learnings lead not only to fulfillment of the organization’s mission but to better outcomes nationally for low income and historically marginalized students.
