Executive Order on Federal Grantmaking

On August 7, President Trump signed an Executive Order (EO) Improving Oversight of Federal Grantmaking, making significant changes to the process that federal agencies use to award, oversee, and terminate federal grants. Generally speaking, this is expected to slow down grantmaking for nonprofits.
