YWCA Tri-County Area Executive Search
We are pleased to announce that we have launched our search for a full-time, permanent Executive Director.
We are seeking a seasoned professional ready to lead the strategic direction of a regional YWCA. This exciting position involves leadership of over 38 staff, 100 volunteers, day-to-day operations, strategy implementation, administrative and financial oversight, execution of current and new programs, partnership opportunities, membership growth and fundraising.
The ideal candidate understands the challenges of leading a well-established organization with high visibility and has professional experience rooted in nonprofit management. S/he will manage critical issues including membership growth, diversification of organization revenues, attracting new volunteer leaders, providing management oversight for programming and events and overseeing financial performance of the organization. For consideration, the candidates for Executive Director will demonstrate experience and competencies in:
• Leading a nonprofit association
• Working closely with a Board of Directors and volunteer teams
• Developing and executing innovative strategies to take organization to the next stage of growth
• Financial oversight
• Managing programs and services
