The West Philadelphia Child Care Network (WPCCN), a nonprofit organization and partner in the Philadelphia Early Childhood Collaborative, seeks a respected senior manager who can lead its efforts to support, encourage and expand access to affordable, quality child care in the west and southwest areas of the city.

The successful candidate will have ten years of experience with managing, supervising and developing staff, developing program and seeking grants and contributions. A candidate will demonstrate proficiency in written and verbal skills. The Executive Director manages all training, technical assistance and resources of the network, oversees operation of the facility, manages fiscal operations, prepares budgets, represents the organization in the wider child care and education community, and works with a volunteer board of directors. An important focus of the responsibilities will be outreach and building collaborative relationships. The ED will have the will and vision to grow the organization and to serve as an advocate in the city and state.
