Overview of Executive Director Position
THB is looking for a creative, self-starter to serve as executive director. This is an exciting opportunity to help craft the strategic direction of the organization.
The Executive Director (ED) is responsible for the successful leadership and management of the organization. Reporting to the Board of Directors, will work closely with the Board, staff, volunteers and the community to bring the organization to the next level. This will include planning for and implementing growth that will ensure continued mission success, as well as financial sustainability and operational excellence.
