Executive Director, Ralston Center
Posted by Ralston House on October 30, 2017
Ralston Center aspires to be the leader in helping older Philadelphians remain in their homes by strengthening social networks and supports. Ralston seeks an entrepreneurial leader to be its next Executive Director to address operational challenges, and then leverage its assets to advance its mission. The optimal person has experience managing human services through change, is able to take strong programs to the next level, can strengthen external relationships, and is a proven fundraiser. Past experience in services to older people is not a necessity, but interest in becoming a champion for the mission is a must. The complete job profile is available upon request to [email protected]. Resumes and a one-page cover letter should be emailed by November 10 November 26 to same address. No paper copies or phone calls, please.
