Under the overall direction of the Board of Directors, the Executive Director (ED) & President is the primary leader, strategist, and external champion of WAA’s mission. The ED/President has overall strategic and operational responsibility for WAA’s staff, programs, sustainability, and the execution of its mission. Responsibilities include fundraising, marketing, and the overall stewardship of the organization’s resources & assets. This is a tremendous opportunity to lead a premier social service agency with a growing national reputation that is well positioned for success and supported by the work of 180+ dedicated, passionate, and committed staff members. WAA has an operating budget of $14M.
