Philadelphia Area Cooperative Alliance (PACA) is seeking a full time Executive Director. Comprised of a cross sector of cooperatives, PACA’s mission is to grow the cooperative economy by supporting cooperatives with education, research, public policy and technical assistance. The ED will provide day-to-day leadership for PACA including strategic management and organizational leadership, financial supervision and fundraising, membership recruitment, project development and promotion of PACA to internal and external audiences. This position is made possible through a partnership with National Cooperative Business Association (NCBA).
