Our ED is embarking on a new adventure, so we need a new ED. We are a north Phila., nonprofit, established in 1999 to accelerate growth in distressed urban communities through local entrepreneurship. Our ED reports to the board of directors and directs operations with a staff of 20+; develops proposals; drives program planning; and ensures implementation of growth strategy.
Key reqs: bilingual English/Spanish, 5+ yrs in nonprofit leadership; exp. directing minimum $200K organization or program through growth period; ability to develop & manage annual budget; exceptional relationship-building skills; experience researching, writing, and implementing grant proposals; Bachelor?s degree. Must also be endlessly resourceful and fun.
