Executive Director, Gearing Up

Gearing Up is a vibrant 6 1/2 year old, fiscally-sound nonprofit organization that seeks a new entrepreneurial leader eager to impact the lives of women in transition in the Philadelphia area. The Executive Director will lead an organization that has supported more than 1,000 women who are confronting drug and alcohol addiction, domestic violence, and/or homelessness by offering cycling as an intervention that leads to social, emotional, and physical transformation and supports healthy social communities. The ED will apply her/his leadership experience and appreciation for Gearing Up’s unique mission to guide the organization through its next stage of growth and development.
