The Energy Co-op is a sustainability-focused 501(c)(12) consumer cooperative providing renewable electricity, heating oil, and biodiesel services to thousands of households, small businesses, and municipalities in Southeastern PA. We envision a world in which empowered energy consumers create a sustainable future.
The Executive Director (ED) is responsible for The Co-op’s achievement of its mission and financial objectives through direction and oversight of all business/organizational strategy and implementation, day-to-day management of staff and operations, and policy execution. The ED reports to the Board of Directors.

● Financial Management – Improving The Co-op’s financial performance to ensure continued organizational health.
