Dignity Housing works to break the cycle of homelessness in Philadelphia. Since its inception in 1988, Dignity has helped more than 4000 homeless families and individuals overcome barriers, pursue educational goals, find jobs, and secure a safe place to call home. Dignity seeks a dynamic, mission-driven leader with a successful track record in running non-profit organizations or large divisions to fill the role of Executive Director. The appropriate candidate will have the desire and ability to set and communicate vision and goals for the next stage of growth for Dignity. S/he must be able to pursue, develop and manage strategic external relationships, have excellent management skills and a demonstrated ability to identify and secure new funding. The Executive Director oversees all daily operations of Dignity and supervises the entire staff.
