Executive Director, 10,000 Small Business Grant

Reporting to the Vice President of Workforce & Economic Innovation and under the leadership of the President, the Executive Director will lead the successful operation of the 10KSB program, a grant-funded small business program. Working collaboratively with the College’s leadership team, program staff, external partners, academic partners, financial institutions, and the grant funder, the Executive Director is responsible for all aspects related to the high-quality delivery of the program; including helping to ensure a robust pool of program applicants, a rewarding and value-added instruction and advisement, and continued engagement of scholars upon completion of the program. Working with the VP, this position will coordinate and leverage the 10KSB program within the strategic priorities of the Division of Workforce and Economic Innovation. The Executive Director will possess the ability to manage staff in a fast-paced environment, manage the program budget, evaluate and assess program performance, provide regular and detailed communication to funding partners, and ensure programs are effective for program participants.
