We are looking for an administrative superstar, who loves to keep systems running smoothly, offices in order, and has a passion for the behind the scenes details that make our work possible.

Primary Responsiblities:

  • Direct assistance to the Executive Director
  • Daily Email correspondence
  • Calendar Management
  • Meeting preparation and hospitality
  • Project management
  • Grant-writing, editing, and general development support
  • Organizational writing support (annual reports, strategic plan, updates, briefs)
  • Generating reports and database management
  • Basic communications, web and social media tasks and tech trouble shooting
  • General office maintenance, building point of contact

​This is a full-time, salaried position with full benefits. Salary range from $36,000- $40,000

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized, with an eye for detail and a conscientious attitude
  • Adept at project management (e.g. Board and organization initiatives, strategic planning)
  • Experience with grant writing and research
  • Adept with Google suite, Excel, WordPress and Mailchimp
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar database
  • Collaborative, empathetic, a good listener, resourceful
  • Self-driven and motivated
  • Committed and accountable to team

Education Level:

Minimum 3 years in administrative or related position, at least 2 years’ experience in non-profit, arts, or education
