ArtWell is a Philadelphia-based non-profit that supports young people and their communities through multidisciplinary arts expression, education, and creative reflection to celebrate their strengths, thrive while facing complex challenges, and awaken their dreams. We are looking for an administrative superstar, who loves to keep systems running smoothly, offices in order, and has a passion for the behind the scenes details that make our work possible.
Primary Responsiblities:
- Direct assistance to the Executive Director
- Daily Email correspondence
- Calendar Management
- Meeting preparation and hospitality
- Project management
- Grant-writing, editing, and general development support
- Organizational writing support (annual reports, strategic plan, updates, briefs)
- Generating reports and database management
- Basic communications, web and social media tasks and tech trouble shooting
- General office maintenance, building point of contact
This is a full-time, salaried position with full benefits. Salary range from $36,000- $40,000
Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, with an eye for detail and a conscientious attitude
- Adept at project management (e.g. Board and organization initiatives, strategic planning)
- Experience with grant writing and research
- Adept with Google suite, Excel, WordPress and Mailchimp
- Experience with Salesforce or similar database
- Collaborative, empathetic, a good listener, resourceful
- Self-driven and motivated
- Committed and accountable to team
Education Level:
Minimum 3 years in administrative or related position, at least 2 years’ experience in non-profit, arts, or education
