Exciting News from The Nonprofit Center

After 45 years of strengthening nonprofits across Greater Philadelphia, The Nonprofit Center is entering a new chapter as a Pennsylvania nonprofit corporation operating under the fiscal sponsorship of TriCounty Community Network.

As nonprofits continue to navigate growing challenges, we’re expanding our support for the sector through consulting, coaching, board development, leadership training, and partnerships that help organizations build lasting strength. We’re excited for what’s ahead and look forward to continuing this work alongside the organizations and communities we serve. As we begin this new chapter, we’re grateful for everyone who has helped shape The Nonprofit Center over the past 45 years.

We’re proud to celebrate alongside our staff—including Kara Wentworth, PhD, Roshawnda Washington, MSW, Lori Moffa, Aquilla Walker, Katherine Lazaro and Tabitha Minor—as well as the many consultants, partners, nonprofit leaders, and Community who continue to advance this work.

So what do these changes mean? We are thrilled that building our own organization and infrastructure will allow us to do even more to support the nonprofit sector in the Greater Philadelphia region and beyond.
