Wallace Foundation study focuses on nonprofit financial management
Nonprofits can face significant financial management challenges. The Wallace Foundation has issued a report that follows 25 organizations over a four-year period as they participated in a Wallace Foundation initiative designed to address these challenges. All but one organization made long-lasting changes in financial practices, and those receiving a less-costly group learning model of professional development improved almost as much as those receiving a customized model.
