Armstrong Foundation supports disability groups
The Ethel Louise Armstrong Foundation grants funds to programs in the areas of arts, advocacy and education to nonprofit organizations which are led by or support adults with disabilities. The foundation encourages distinctive projects that change the face of disability in a community.
Priorities include programs that impact the lives of people with disabilities and are supported by the local community, including foundations, corporations and individual funders. It is ELA’s vision to “Change the Face of Disability on the Planet” by providing grant support for the implementation of cutting-edge programs. Grants from the ELA Foundation range from $1,000 to $5,000.
