Equitable Engagement Director

The Mayor’s Office of Civic Engagement and Volunteer Service is hiring an Equitable Engagement Director.
The Equitable Engagement Director will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution, management, and strategic vision for the Community Resource Corps (CRC) and the Equitable Engagement Collaborative (EEC). The CRC is a new citywide program designed to connect residents to resources and the EEC is an interdepartmental group of City staff who convene regularly to share best practices for centering hard-to-reach communities in City engagement and communication.
Qualified candidates should have experience:
- Launching and managing new programs – including handling program finances and submitting grant reports
- Community organizing and relationship building, especially with multicultural communities
- Managing relationships across a team and with stakeholders
- Training and developing large groups of diverse individuals
