EPA: Office of Environmental Education Grants
EPA Office of Environmental Education Grants support environmental education projects that enhance the public’s awareness, knowledge, and skills to help people make informed decisions that affect environmental quality. EPA awards grants each year based on funding appropriated by Congress. Maximum award: $100,000. Eligibility: Any local education agency, college or university, state education or environmental agency, non-profit organization as described in Section 501(c)3 of the Internal Revenue Code, or noncommercial educational broadcasting entities as defined and licensed by Federal Communications Commission may submit a proposal. Deadline: May 2, 2011.
