Enrollment Specialist, College Unbound

Reporting to the Coordinator of College Unbound’s Philly Program and working in deep collaboration with the Director of Recruitment in Providence, the Enrollment Specialist is responsible for the recruitment and enrollment of students from the Philadelphia region into College Unbound and ensuring that all grant compliance requirements are met consistent with our partnership agreements, including Philadelphia Works. The Enrollment Specialist is responsible for maintaining an organized, detailed list of potential students, reviewing, and conducting recruitment sessions. In addition, the Enrollment Specialist meets with students one-on-one and collaborates with the Coordinator of the College Unbound Philadelphia in the development of relationships with private and public organizations through community engagement. The Enrollment Specialist also attends public and private events to promote and recruit students within the community and distributes College marketing material.

The Enrollment Specialist is responsible for obtaining, organizing, and submitting all required documentation for all College Unbound students in Pennsylvania who are participating in the EARN and WIOA programs, administered by Philadelphia Works. The successful candidate in this new position will carefully shepherd students and staff through all compliance and required documentation processes. Working collaboratively with team members, the Enrollment Specialist will help develop best practice guidelines, procedures, and protocols to ensure that College Unbound students are eligible for the financial benefits from EARN and WIOA funding.
