Enrollment Management Counselor
Office of Enrollment Management

The Enrollment Management Counselor (Admissions) will be involved in the recruitment of prospective students, recruit in assigned territories by conducting high school visits, attending college fairs, etc. and will review admission applications from this same population. The counselor will assist in recruiting prospective students at all on-campus recruiting events, and assist prospective students and parents through the financial aid process.

Duties:
— Assist in recruitment, interviewing, and selection of admission candidates.
— Carry out high school visits, college fairs, and other off-campus recruiting activities.
— Conduct mailings and emails to prospective students and/or parents.
— Assist in counseling and processing of financial aid applicants.
— Manage special projects as assigned.
— Perform other duties as assigned by the Associate Director, Director, or Vice President for Enrollment Management.
— Contribute to the planning and execution of Enrollment Management recruitment and retention efforts.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree and strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills required. Must have a valid driver’s license and a vehicle available for recruitment travel. Must be available for overnight travel.

Knowledge and experience using personal computers required.
