Proper ethical conduct in and around government is being hotly debated in Philadelphia. From the FBI investigation to questions about the play-to-pay atmosphere in the City, most observers agree that a change to the current structure is needed. The Mayor and City Council have competing proposals for changes in the rules that govern ethical conduct for government employees. The Mayor has also appointed a Board of Ethics to lead this discussion for the City.
Please join us as Charisse Lillie and Daniel P. McElhatton, The Chair and Vice-Chair of the new Philadelphia Board of Ethics discuss the renewed focus on ethical conduct in government.
