English and Language Arts/Social Studies/Humanities Teacher, Bridge Way School

The Bridge Way School has an immediate opening for a FT English and language arts/social studies/humanities teacher for 2022–23.
The successful candidate will have experience developing an engaging curriculum that integrates written and oral expression, encourages literacy in major genres including film, inspires student curiosity for both the review of historical periods and current events, and fosters independent reading. In addition, the candidate will have experience with differentiated instruction, and be able to teach students of varying skill and interest levels. Dual certification and experience with recovery from substance use disorder a plus.
