Energy Management Training Now Available for Facility Managers
Certified Building Operators are key to making sure that multi-family and commercial buildings are operating at optimum energy efficiency levels. The operation of a building is every bit as important as the efficiency of the equipment in determining energy costs. ECA’s Training Center is now offering a Building Operator course that prepares individuals for the exam that leads to the Building Performance Institute National Certification for Building Operators. The course combines the knowledge and skills of Conditional Based Maintenance (CBM) and Statistical Process Control (SPC). Students learn how to develop an energy management plan and strategy which will extend the life of building systems, increase productivity and lower energy costs. For more information click here.
