Community Integrated Services is a non-profit agency that helps enable people with disabilities to become fully integrated into and involved in their communities. Our focus is to support people as they find and keep jobs in the community.
We are searching for an Employment Training Specialist who is fluent in ASL. This position manages a caseload and serves as a job coach for our consumers who are deaf and hard of hearing.
Qualifications:
- Must possess good organizational skills
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Must be able to handle flexible work arrangements
- Willing to travel throughout Philadelphia and surrounding counties
- Must possess a valid drivers’ license and have access to a reliable vehicle
- Must have computer access and cell phone
