Chester County offers workforce grants
The Chester County Department of Community Development has issued two Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for a provider to operate its Employment Advancement and Retention Network (EARN) Program and the Work Ready Program. A single provider is sought to operate both the EARN and Work Ready programs. Applications are due April 25 at 4 p.m.

A pre-proposal conference will be held to answer specific questions related to the RFPs on Wednesday, March 25, at 1 p.m. at PA CareerLink® Chester County, located at 479 Thomas Jones Way, Suite 500, in Exton, Pa.
