Employee Housing Benefit Info Session: Phila. Home Buy Now

?Meet the housing benefit experts?
Join fellow human resource professionals, administrators and other professionals from the Philadelphia area for a breakfast roundtable to discuss a new housing benefit program called Philadelphia Home Buy Now.
The event will be held:
Wednesday, May 11, 2005 from 8:30 am-10:00 am at Beneficial Savings Bank, 530 Walnut Street, Philadelphia, PA 19106.
Hear from HR professionals who have recently implemented the benefit and have experienced some early success – at Citizens Bank, NewCourtland Elder Services and the Greater Philadelphia Urban Affairs Coalition. There is no charge to attend this event, but pre-registration is necessary as seats are limited. A continental breakfast will be served from 8:30 to 9:00 am and the program will begin at 9:00 am.

Launched last year, Philadelphia Home∙Buy∙Now is a tool for Philadelphia employers to better recruit and retain employees by helping these employees become homeowners. With their employers? financial assistance to help buy a home in the City, employees become eligible for up to $3,000 in City matching funds. Employers can also make financial contributions toward home improvement loans and offer homebuyer and credit workshops at the workplace.
