Emergency Food and Shelter Program RFP available
The Local Board for the Emergency Food and Shelter Program (EFSP) in Philadelphia allocates funds from the federal Emergency Food and Shelter Program for emergency assistance programs in Philadelphia County.
The purpose of the Emergency Food and Shelter Program (EFSP) is to provide emergency shelter, food, rent/mortgage and utility assistance to individuals in dire need and for whom no other resources are available.It is requesting funding proposals from local nonprofit agencies developed in conformity with the guidelines below. Proposals are due by 5:00 pm on Friday, May 18, 2018.
