Emergency Connectivity Fund Device Lending Program, Free Library
Posted by Free Library of Philadelphia on February 8, 2022
The Free Library still has Emergency Connectivity Fund (ECF) devices available to eligible patrons.
What is the ECF Device Lending Program at the Free Library?
The Free Library has launched a program to expand internet access with funding from the Emergency Connectivity Fund (ECF). Eligible cardholders without sufficient access to the internet or devices can borrow a Wi-Fi hotspot and/or a tablet with an unlimited data plan from T-Mobile. Supplies are limited.
Funding and internet services to devices will end June 30, 2022, though the devices can remain checked out to patrons.
See our updated Community Partner FAQ for more information.
