Posted by on December 8, 2008
Emancipated Youth Connections Report: Final Report/Toolkit. The Emancipated Youth Connections Project of The California Permanency for Youth Project assisted 20 young adults who left the child welfare system with few or no permanent connections to establish these relationships, which are necessary for human identity, development and stability. The Emancipated Youth Connections Project Final Report/Toolkit describes and evaluates this work; it includes a toolkit for those interested in replicating and/or customizing youth permanence in their agencies and organizations.
