Electric Vehile Conversion Demonstration

In the next two weeks, a 1985 VW Vanagon will go electric, and you are invited to learn how. Bucks County Renewables and Energy Justice Network are sponsoring a workshop on electric vehicle conversions. This two-week hands-on course will allow participants to convert an existing internal combustion engine (ICE) into a full-fledged battery electric vehicle (BEV) under the guidance of an experienced instructor.
When? July 30th to August 10th, 2007 (Mon-Fri 8:30-4pm)
Where? Lansdale, PA (Montgomery County)

All are welcome, but we’re primarily hoping to sign up more tech school teachers, so if you know any, please pass this along to them! We have several signed up already and this is a good way to get tech school students the skills that can help them with the clean energy jobs of the near-future.
