Effectively Using New Media to Engage Volunteers

After surveying national technology trends, participants explore a variety of ways to utilize new media applications, such as MySpace, podcasts, Wikipedia, blogs, and YouTube, to engage volunteers and market themselves to groups ranging from teenagers to first-time volunteers.
