Effective Meeting Facilitation
Posted by Vision Driven Consulting on May 25, 2015
Join Brittany Campese (Vision Driven Consulting) and other AmeriCorps, Year of Service members, and new professionals to learn about Effective Meeting Facilitation on Tuesday, June 9th, 9:30 – 11:30am. We’ll re-define the modern meeting by learning when and why it is important (or not!) to hold a meeting, brainstorm ways to incorporate technology into meetings, and practice dealing with typical meeting challenges and barriers to success.

For more than 10 years, Brittany Campese has actively supported the work of change-makers in many communities across the U.S. through roles as a board member, facilitator, volunteer, employee, philanthropist, and consultant. She admires those whose lives are dedicated to achieving social justice, and her goal is to help build skills and secure resources with individuals and communities who are doing that work. She does this by listening and seeking out the voices, opinions, and ideas of people at all levels of power, starting conversations from points of strengths and assets, and valuing and engaging different styles of learning and processing in trainings.
