Description:
Responsible for supervising the daily operation of the Office of Faculty Support. Recruits, interviews & hires faculty members for day, evening, online & Corporate College classes. Coordinates the hiring, orientation, classroom observation & evaluation processes for faculty. Provides information & gathers data as it relates to faculty & student issues.
Master’s degree. Educational background in Counseling, Student Personnel, Education, Admissions, Human Resources or related field. 1-3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in Higher Ed. Supervisory experience preferred. Excellent customer service, vision & interpersonal skills. Strong project & time management skills & positive business acumen. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, listen carefully, interpret accurately & respond to a high volume of requests. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, database management & on-line searches. Knowledge of CMDS’ TEAMSElite a plus.
Day, evening & weekend responsibilities, along with some travel, as required. Work hours may change based on the needs of the College. Competitive salary & excellent benefits offered.
