The Education Specialist III – Out-of-School Time (OST) Project Manager and Content Developer at Foundations, Inc. is a full-time, in-office position responsible for supporting and enhancing OST programs through professional development, curriculum design, project management, and client engagement.
This role involves developing training content across academic and operational areas, facilitating both virtual and in-person professional learning experiences, managing multi-faceted education projects, and supporting grant writing and communication efforts.
The position requires up to 40% travel and a strong background in OST or 21st CCLC programs, curriculum development, and adult training. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in education or OST, 2+ years of management experience, and a proven ability to lead trainings, manage projects, and produce high-quality educational content.
