Foundations, Inc. is a nonprofit organization committed to improving educational opportunities in schools, after school, and in communities. Our Office of Professional Learning (OPL) supports out-of-school time (OST) programs nationwide through professional learning, resources, and technical assistance. We are a collaborative, flexible, and professional team dedicated to helping the educators and programs that serve youth thrive.
We are seeking an Education Specialist to lead out-of-school time (OST) projects from start to finish, managing partnerships, timelines, and results. The role includes building relationships with schools and community partners, designing and delivering professional development in person and online, supporting programs with learning management systems, and analyzing data to guide improvements.
This hybrid position is well suited for a former educator interested in applying classroom and OST experience to strengthen programs and expand learning opportunities for students.
