Education Programs Manager, Bicycle Coalition – Jan 21

The Education Programs Manager will serve as the central organizational resource for equitable access to adult bicycle safety education and outreach. This work demonstrates how the bicycle is a tool for transportation, increasing health, strengthening community, and connecting to green space.
The Education Programs Manager will oversee a set of bicycle education programs including the classes and beginner rides along the Circuit Trails, Learn to Ride Classes at Lloyd Hall, as well as the Better Bike Share Partnership contract with the City of Philadelphia working to increase equity in shared micromobility (Indego Bikeshare) through rides and classes in low-income neighborhoods, communities of color and communities where English is not the primary language.
This position is grant-funded and guaranteed through December 2022 with hopes of being renewed for future years.
