Education Manager, Mazzoni Center. The Education Manager directly oversees the Ally Safe Schools Program, which works with Philly-area schools to help staff and students create more welcoming, inclusive environments for LGBTQ Youth. The Ally Program provides professional development in schools, coordinates the local network of Gay-Straight Alliance clubs, and helps to develop LGBTQA student leaders. This position also oversees the Community Health Education Program, which provides school- and community-based workshops to young people on healthy sexuality.
