Edible Alphabet is a free English Language Learning (ELL) program from the Culinary Literacy Center whose mission is to teach the English language and literacy skills through hands-on cooking projects.
Students learn new vocabulary and grammar and practice listening, speaking, reading, and writing while cooking a delicious recipe and meeting new people!
