“The Economic Well-Being Forum: How are Families and Elders Faring?” will launch the new Self-Sufficiency Standard and Elder Economic Security Index in Philadelphia. Speakers will include Secretary Estelle Richman (Department of Public Welfare) and Secretary Nora Dowd Eisenhower (Department of Aging).
