November 14, 2012 at 12:00pm for Ecological Economics 101. What is ecological economics and how does it defer from standard economics? How can this evolving transdiscipline be applied to environmental challenges? This webinar, featuring 2012 Environmental Leadership Program Fellows Shannon Rogers, an Assistant Professor Environmental Science & Policy at Plymouth State University, and Valerie Esposito, Assistant Professor and Program Director, Environmental Policy at Champlain College, will seek to answer these questions by providing a brief introduction to ecological economics and offering a few case studies of ecological economic concepts in action.
