- Transition Planning for Kindergarten 2015 starts NOW!
- Transition Planning from Infant Toddler EI (birth to 3) to Preschool EI (3-5) starts when your child reaches 2 years old.
- Starting early, understanding the process and resources, are keys to making smooth transitions!
- Get tips and resources on supporting all of your child’s daily transition needs – (home to school, sleep to wake, and much more!)
Families who attend this meeting will:
-Have an opportunity for your child to play with other children
– Meet other Early Intervention Families and learn how you can support each other
– Learn about the Transition @ 3 Process
– Learn about the Transition @ 5 Process
– Learn about Resources and Community Programs for your child as they transition
