DHS funds intensive support for high-risk teens
The Department of Human Services Community-Based Prevention Services Division is seeking qualified applicants to provide a comprehensive, intensive, early intervention program targeting older youth who are exhibiting high or at-risk behaviors.
Through a hybrid model of home and site-based programming, the Department is seeking highly qualified community-based providers to assist at-risk youth in achieving socially and academically through comprehensive intensive programming, and prevent their entry or re-entry into the child welfare system. Selected providers will possess significant experience and success in engaging high risk youth with dynamic high quality programming.
