Early Childhood Strategy Spotlights
The Youth, Education, and Families Institute has compiled a series of documents highlighting a broad range of action steps for municipal leaders to take on behalf of young children. The Strategy Spotlights focus on what city leaders can do, and provide examples of best practices and additional resources in six areas: assessment and strategic planning; making early childhood a city priority; expanding access to child care; promoting children?s health and safety; supporting parents of young children; and strengthening early care and education.
