Early Childhood Education (ECE) Fiscal Hub
Posted by ECE Fiscal Hub on March 26, 2019
The Early Childhood Action Collective (ECAC) is pleased to share with you information about the Early Childhood Education (ECE) Fiscal Hub, a pilot project focused on improving the financial stability of providers in Philadelphia.
Public Health Management Corporation (PHMC), Reinvestment Fund, and CoMetrics partnered to develop the Fiscal Hub in 2017. This project, funded by the William Penn Foundation and Vanguard Strong Start for Kids Program, focused on creating financial tools and resources for providers to improve their financial stability and increase access to providers’ financial data so the sector could better understand their fiscal conditions.
